I checked the price at Motorcycle Superstore. They're a bit spendy... $200 for a pair using the 4.60 rear and 3.00 front ($225 if you go with the 5.10 rear). But if they perform well and wear well, they could be worth considering.

In the interest of staying on-topic, here's a pic...

2800' heading up Mt. Hebo Road in NW Oregon. Summit is at 3800, so will be a while before I can get to the top.

It's a fun, twisty, paved road all the way up to the site of the old Air Force Station at the summit. Then, if you want, you can duck off on dirt roads and run those to the southeast and it'll drop you out on the road that runs north out of Willamina. Or any number of exit points too.

I got one because the tread looked very useful.

Found it had no grip at all in hard pack with lose covering type situations.
It's like the MT21 in that regard in that the compound is to hard for the tread pattern.

People who steer with the throttle would be happier though.

Just warp 9 rims. When I bought the DR we didnt have the complete wheels yet. Im running a 17x3.50 rear and its working out great.

Try and ignore that dinky little KLX....and it's sweet digital dash..and its small nimble size...and its nice forks.. and it's stylized headlight..and it's six speed trans... man must be nice....

and it's 11hp

Hey, I have one of those KLXs!! It's for technical stuff that the DR would rather not do. And it's 15 hp, not 11. :)

Yeah that's my buddies bike. I just installed a Dynojet kit, cut the airbox, and made a new endcap for the stock muffler and it really woke it up. After grinding down the KACR it even starts reasonably well. Now that it's sorted out and I got to ride it in the woods today, I gotta say I'm REALLY digging it...I want one!

But I ain't ready to trade the DR for it just yet....
