I wouldn't recommend camping anywhere near there. This is on the San Carlos reservation so camp at your own risk. And c'mon guys, the road isn't that bad. I did it on my VFR.

So the Gila river is SUPPOSED to have water in it? I crossed it today and it was dry as a bone (as always) the only time I see water is when it's raining. (BTW was riding just south of Phoenix)
