way too much curve to try to mill it smooth, a straight edge from side to side reveals enough space to stand a dime in between.
So,, I will continue to grind and sand and polish by hand until we have a usable pancake flippin surface and general grill area! Think of it as a broad shallow wok,,,,or a griddle,,witha sag in the middle of the griddle,,





about a half inch at the sides,,deeper in the center..







if you peed onnit,,you'd have a puddle of piddle in the middle of the griddle!
