Great pics Tom. Thanks for posting the link over there...

I'd like to ride up to Seattle area from Boise this summer to visit family. That looks like a great detour.

+1, we used to make a trip from CO thru WY, Montana, northern ID and drive that road every August when my folks were living in Sequim. Spent a wonderful overnight at Diablo Lake (Thunder Arm) each trip.
Last summer we rode hwy 3 across southern British Columbia and I wished we had taken 20 as it is a much nicer more scenic ride. Especially thru the North Cascades.

Nice pictures as usual Tom. You're doing a good job of making me homesick! Another month to go and I'll get to join up with you guys again. Make sure you get a new battery for your KLX, pushing is hard work.

Nice to hear from you Craig, the snow should be melting good here
now with all this rain and *50 temps. I don't need a new battery
now with my new 351 putting out lot's of charging power .

I'm 26 years old and I drove Hwy20 for the first time last summer. Saw sooo many dual sports on the way and I'm hoping to make it my first journey once I get a bigger bike. My 250 is old and I've never ridden it for more than 2 hours at a time. Great photos and great motivation

Thanks

Thanks for the great pics and post. The folks in law's farm is just down the road near Sumas and the Sis in law's place is over in Okanogan. There has got to be a road trip in there somewhere. Cheers

Opening Tuesday, Apr 16th

So I received an email update today that says the opening is scheduled for 1:00 PM Tuesday, April 16th barring any weather or equipment chaos. Too bad I have to work that day but I think I know where I'm riding the following weekend!

That was a lot of work pushing that little bike in the snow. Even the whipersnapper was winded. Gonna miss riding with you guys on a regular basis. Now I have to manage traffic to get where I want to go.

Thanks for the compliment, being retired, riding motorcycles and taking photo's, that's what I worked for 40 years and served my country for.
I won't be riding on the 20th, it should still open on the 16th and I'll be there for those big sweet cinnamon rolls
