the problem was the points.. even though they seems to be new, looks like the guy didn't even tie the bolts from the points.. They were no even touching the center of the rod. Anyhow, I re-gap the spark plugs and put the point according to the manual and this think fire up instantly! I still have the gas lick, any tips of how to troubleshot that?

Congratulations, sounds great! Your dog doesn't look impressed though.
That gas leak has to be coming from up top somewhere and running down below. Is there a carb drain tube that's spitting gas because of a stuck carb float?

Have you rebuilt the carbs ? The neddle valve is either wore out or stuck, or maybe the float level is to high. I try rebuilding the carbs and while they are apart set the float level.

More help needed!! ;)
ok,
the fuel lick was just a sticky floater.. After few taps on the side of the carb. the lick stop.. then start again, few more taps and stop.. regardless is just a sticky floater.. I was ready to take the bike for a ride this morning, put the new chain, tie some bolts and adjust the front brake.. after all that the bike start FIRST KICK!! Clutch worked fine, but when I put the bike in first and start moving for some reason it stall, like it run out of power, it will start right up, but same thing happen. Any idea of what can be the problem? thanks in advance.
