then I went to the place where was murdered the famous Russian mototraveler

there was a memorial event

The memorial roughly says: God decides the length of your life, but you decide its width.

Awesome ride report Vasar!

безопасное путешествие!

Cool2 What a ride!

Those broken down, leaning every which way, bridges over the rivers must be quite the adrenalin rush to ride over! Great report.

Vasar (or any other inmates) can you provide please some background on the murdered Russian mototraveler? I was sad to see that photo of the memorial but was picked up a little by the solidarity among the riders who had gathered to commemorate their fellow adventurer.

To my understanding, the guy name 'Scutt' was taking a break and was chatting with the girlfriend of 1 of 2 dudes and would not have a drink with the dudes then they got upset and murdered Scutt then burned him. After it is noticed that he is missing, a group of motorcycle club started doing some investigating and scared the girlfriend into ratting two dudes.. so they went by their established where the memorial is.. beat the crap out of 2 dudes then burned down their business and cop came out there looking for his bones.. found it..

It could be incorrect but that is the story RTWDoug shared and he did not really speak good Russian. Maybe someone can give the correct version.

That is a very fine restoration and the result looks wonderful. Very distinct.
It makes the story even sadder, if that was possible.
Someone to remember.
