I only went threw 1 grinding disc. I have a really good tubing notcher. No drawing- all out of my head. I have a large band saw for cutting.

Got all of the powder coating back. Here it is at the upholsters getting the door made and seat pads.

Sidecar wiring harness is ready to install.

Though it's not a type of design that I could get any use out of I gotta say that's one BEAUTIFUL little hack there, sir! Lots of clever details, well thought out, looks excellent to boot! Congratulations, a job very well done! No doubt you're well entitled to that happy smile of 'DONE!'.
