Maybe you need a proctologist, Ken. I'm not one, but I know a fellow with a really big proctoscope!

See you folks on some rides. Guess you will have to e-mail me with the details.

Well, good looking bike anyway

Glad you made it back ok.

I watched the 86, 92, and 93 D200 on tv yesterday. Somewhat crowded stands (not crowded like Main St. though-- not since the 70's when it started to become the non race event it's become) and was once again struck by the field-- 80-90 riders that started in 3 waves, with many comments about it being "the most important race of the year" with large international presence.

This year there were less than 20 starters in Superbike and not all that many more for the 200; and there seemed to be more people in the pits than in the stands.

Hey, I thought that South Park reference was pretty funny. The Butt Head episode. Interesting that Cartman lost his sense of humor in that episode as well!

Here's Matt and Trey explaining where the Butt head came from:

So I haven't even left on my FL trip yet (Friday! ) but...looking ahead I'd like to do a 4th of July trip, possible a 4 day loop up into Canada / New England / Nova Scotia?

Any suggestions?

I have been to N.S. in early Sept. Was a nice time.
Went back a year later and took the ferry to Newfoundland and than the ferry to Labrador. That was really neat. People were more than nice along with nearly empty roads. The weather can be iffy at times so be prepared to get wet along the way.

Well as for the bike, I did not have my LED illuminated spark plug wires or neon glow lamps. That along with the quietest V twin around few would even give it a look. Oh well .

As for the race it really suprised me. I found no one there going or even knew what was going on at the track. None the less yes it's a small field with <20. But it was neat to see for my first time.

Nice pix Jeff
Good to see you had a safe trip down & back
Yeah the Roadraces are quiet. It's good to walk through the pits & check out the bikes with no crowds
The Supercross the weekend before usually packs a crowd. Can see all the action right in front of you. The Roadraces are hard to see it all.
Last time I was there they had the 200 night race debacle & since have split the weekends for the racing

p.s any pix from track?

After years of showing me all the things I could not afford, you finally came through with some deals. About $700 worth of goodies for $300. I forgive you Internet.
