For the difficult and stubborn front tires (19" here) this seems to work, for me that is.
![]() It also takes plenty of lube, couple of minutes of foot stomping and an iron for the last press-on. Oh yes...plenty of lube. More lube. And no issues with tube getting twisted, pinched, ....

Why so much trouble changing tires? I took off two and put on two in 1 hr, 15 mins including taking them off the bike 2 days ago. This is not rocket science..... Are you taking the tube out after you break both sides and open up 1 side(the disc side)? Do you have 3 GOOD Spoons (MSR, MotionPro)? Do you have access to dishwashing soap?No need to waste 10 zip ties to do this.The only part that might slow you up at all is a rim lock.Also put just a touch of air in the tube so that it kind of takes a shape before you re-insert it back in the carcass. And a good compressor to pull up that bead.
