Its gonna happen, right? right??? Its gonna warm up finally... right???
Just hit +4 and nice and sunny. Moving in the right direction. I have faith!

I'm hoping for your sake you're at least near to something that makes the cold bittersweet, like snowmobile trails or mountains.

The problem for us city folk (Mean Ol' Toronto) is that we have (relative) cold to deal with, but nothing fun and outdoorsy to compliment it with. Unless you consider ice skating or going for leisurely walks outdoorsy

Went for my second ride of the season today - again checking out pubs on the same bit of coastal road. I stopped at the Brigatine Pub in Maple Bay and tried out their lunch menu. Great clam chowder and a good selection of dark beers. A little bit nippier today but the sun was shining. Spring has definitely hit these parts.

I work at a ski hill (not a mountain think of a small blue mountain 30 years ago) so it's not like I wuss out when it gets cold.
We're planning to close April 6 and at this rate, we'll only have a week
of "spring" conditions.

Here in southern Ontario we are really worried about global warming. The lakes are going to dry up fast --- once they thaw

Lake Simcoe is still frozen solid and it's 1000 feet away from my front door! A natural freezer, but, I went to the mail box in a T shirt for the first time today!

Bring on Global warming I say!

Snow came back onto the driveway today. RDF after that. (rain, drizzle, fog)
It will be the main weather feature here in the North Atlantic till Julyish.
If I still had every dollar I spent on motorbikes I would be a richer man but a poorer person.

I was happy to see that almost all the snow has melted out of the bed of my truck. Only about 4 inches remains in the front portion behind the cab. I've had both bikes out this winter. I'm ready to go again! This may be the weekend.

It's lookin' a lot like spring here now.

I still want to get one more day of skiing in. Half of Blue Mountain is still open with discount lift ticket to match.

Hope the snow stays on the slopes until Friday. After that, begone!
I'm allergic to asphalt, whenever I touch it I get a rash.

it's sick how warm +7 and sunny can feel this time of year, still, that's pretty much my "get a bike out and ride it" threshold - hope to get a ride in on the weekend! March has been a disappointment here, AFAIR there wasn't a single double digit day - unusual in recent years.

FWIW I took the bike to work today. Looking like might be a riding weekend! Favourite time of year!

Now for the ice to run so I can get the canoe out too!

Got out for the first ride of the season this afternoon, on my new ST1300.

Hope tomorrow and Saturday go as the weather guessers are saying.
