Assuming you're allowed leafy green stuff and chicken or seafood, then yes, you would have been well-fed. Me? I had a cheese sandwich and a potato.

Hannda, I don't know if this counts as paleo or not, but it turned out better than I could have imagined. White mushrooms and sliced carrots sautéed with garlic and pepper; really simple.

Sauteed in what? Olive oil is about the only "common" oil that's paleo friendly I believe.

I used real butter, but olive oil would also certainly work.
