This has been one of my premier quests. Finding a place to shoot not so far away, in a recreational setting, not as clinical as the typical range.
As well, I'd be up for that...

Crescent city is a long long ways from here. Sounds like lots of fun though.
Thanks for the heads up.

So has anyone set up a day for wankers to meet up and shoot. I know of a spot we could all shoot and cook out at. The only thing is it would have to be on a Sat or Sun and the owner of the land will want you to sign his waiver.
In as long as all guns get locked up BEFORE any booze consumed.
I have IPSC type stands and timer. Also can bring some GBB airsoft Glocks to do some force on force scenarios.

It looks like the location will have to change. I'm working on getting us a choice of two other spots which are closer to the Central Florida area. With that said, if this event works out for everyone that wants to participate please treat it like a family event. Meaning bring your little ones if they want to shoot. (Hint don't let your little ones shoot a 12ga. or 306 if they are in 4th grade or younger, my shoulder still hurts when I think about it back then) I will bring the grill and pit bike so we can change out targets quicker.

Now for all you fellow concealed weapons holders. There will be one target that will be heading straight for you to shoot at. The rest of the targets are stationary.

More to come

Count me in....

If this shoot is open to all here.
I have been shooting longer than I have been riding so I know the ropes. I even have a few fun toys I could bring for all to enjoy. (Sorry, no full auto, just a couple of suppressors and their host)

Current Legislation

The current legislation is watered down to the “Gun Show Loop Hole” which is more or less a joke. Private sale checks are not going to get passed and I think House will jump on board to save face since the new law will be sufficiently weak.

So the question is will the Left and Right slap each other on the back and say good job, or will the progressives keeping on chanting for more legislation?

And slightly off topic here, but did anyone hear about the mass stabbing in TX? Seams it was mostly a media blackout on the subject because it does not project the gun control agenda.

Thoughts?

Yea, Obama is coming after knives next. I went to Wal-Mart today and they were all sold out of butter knives.

Yes there was a mass stabing in TX - 14 injured no fatalities. No big news since no one was killed.

Im surprised this wasn't used at a add for control... see with no guns the wacos can only cut you up.

Good thing the guys didnt watch too much "Kill Bill"
