Ordered one last week... can't wait for it to arrive!

How long for you to get it shipped out?

Bent Rack

I received my rack last week and attempted to install. The rack was either bent during shipping, or, it was just one that slipped through quality control. The mounting points do not line up.

I requested a replacement in an email and was told to take a few pictures and send them. The next communication advised me that you've made 20 and had no problem, that the pics looked fine, so, either "Bolt them Tight" and/or "take measurements and send them back in an email again".

1. They do not fit.
2. I'd like a refund
3. You measure them when I send them back to you, after of course, you refund me my money.

How about that?

Thanks, I await you answer.

I'm thinking about ordering a rack from here. Did you get your fitment issue worked out to your satisfaction?

Thumbs down

I liked the look of the rack in the photo in Post #1 and the part number gives the impression that the rack is made by Honda. Shipping to the Philippines was reasonably priced and fast.

The rack arrived today and I installed it straight away. Just as well it's easy to fit because the instructions are in Thai. The design blends nicely with the CRF250L. However, construction and finish of the rack is wa-a-ay below Honda standard. The rack has been made without any care or love, from very light tubing, and the thin paint look as though it won't last.

In particular, one of the rear mounting holes is off center, the two downward facing bungee pegs are at funny angles, and the tube has been squeezed outta shape in a couple of places. Some welds are sub-standard and burrs have been left around holes and on tube ends.

This rack detracts from my CRF250L and I'll keep it just as long as it takes me to find something better.
