The tank in the first pic looks like an alloy 1975 MX 400 tank. Not a DT. I almost thought the bike was converted to an IT.

The post about it not being a 76 was referring to a picture that was removed and that bike did have the leading front axel and snail adjusters for the rear wheel I'm well aware that his bike is a 76 as I owned one.
