17,1??

Bought it from an ADV'er. After reading through all of his posts and following along on how he has ridden it since new I figured I would jump at it. I have looked at quite a few Uly's over the years and alot of them are molested to the point it makes me nervous. I prefer to do my own molesting

Even with the potential issues of the 07 I felt the bike was a good deal. Plus I have a guy up here who used to be a mechanic at the Harley shop during the Buell days. He has helped out with my Ironheads and other bikes. Turns out he likes the Buells and said he would be more than happy to do whatever I wanted to it. He runs his own shop now, but having someone with knowledge close by will be a big plus.

Bon Bon and I were talking about the Uly leaving the garage last night and I got kind of . I have really, really enjoyed riding it and other than the rear wheel bearings and the belt snapping, I have not had any issues. Nothing but miles of smiles. Heck, the belt even broke uphill from my house, so I was able to coast 2 blocks and right into the garage.

Interestingly, I bought it after reading threads here and some of the posters that have posted on this thread steered my towards it too. When I bought it, I was considering a 950 Adv. I was just getting back onto road bikes and the lower maintenance was appealing as I was racing enduros during the weekends.

So I made the drive back down to pick her up. She has become a prominent fixture in the rear view mirror. I would rather ride, but it is 30 degrees with 6 inches of snow in the forecast. Thanks again Barnyard.
Here is my attempt at attaching a link to a pic with my cell phone.
