Here's the map link for .pdf download. The imbedded image was a bit too much, and the map color changed from white to ADVrider's background gray.

Thank You. I have been on most the roads, but I can see a couple now that I need to explore.

For those of you with smart phones, there is an app called Pocket Ranger. It has all the maps for PA state forests. I have used it several times while exploring Michaux. Works pretty good.

Also, as I just discovered, the latest version has GPS integration.

I have it in my iPhone, but how can it integrate with GPS without a GPS antenna?

It probably uses the GPS in the phone. and or triangulation between cell sites (if you have cell coverage).

If someone would ride them all and record just the stone roads, I should be able to make an overlay map that you could put on newer garmins (like montana) that shows all the stone roads in a bright (different) color.

Funny you should mention overlays. There is another app called Dual Sport Maps that can use overlays. It is basically a GPS setup for a smartphone (Android only, I think). You download maps of the area you are going to be riding in ahead of time so you are not dependant on having resception to use the maps. Again, it uses the built in GPS on your phone. It is rather expensive compared to most apps ($20), but I like it as a back up to my Zumo.

I should be arriving in the TX hill country on my GSA about the same time this first Thursday evening ride gets underway, so I have a good excuse for not making this one. Hope to do some of these rides later though. Have fun and post pics!

Planning to ride the XT500 Sunday, can't decide whether Michaux or farther west (Tuscarora, Buchanan, PA State Game Lands).

nice Charlie!
I'll probably do the same.
Maybe We'll see each other.
I'll be on my blue Tiger1050 UNLESS I get my 650 fixed and looking less like a basket case between now and then.(unlikely)

But, it's a memory hog, can't be transferred to an SD card, and works the heck out of your phones processor. I've tried it several times, because I really do want to like it. But I've ended up uninstalling it every time. GPS integration was only on their paid version (I kept playing with the free version).

OK, it isn't a motorcycle, but it is still two wheels....Michaux was beautiful today.

Hopefully the chance of rain doesn't go up much for Thursday. It would be nice to have nice weather for the first weekly ride
