Need a little help, KTM 690 is dead!

I just took the bike apart and put on a set of RR EVO2 tanks. I unhooked the battery before I added the tanks and hooked it back up when I finished. It ran fine before but now when I turn the key I get nothing. I figure I forgot to hook something back up but just can't figure out what it might be. Here's what I've done so far:

2012 690 with 2700 miles.

Battery is showing just over 13 volts and pos and neg cables are hooked up.
Kill switch is on run.
Main fuse is fine.
All other fuses in the box are fine.
I went back and made sure all of the paint has been ground off where the new voltage regulator plate mounts to the frame.

Not sure where to go next? Any ideas?

Thanks,
Todd

Found it. A connector had come loose and was behind the frame so I couldn't see it until I started taking things apart again.
