Oh yeah, and the rebound adjustment is that screw at the bottom, rather than a collar type. I guess to save space, similar to not having the ride height adjustment.

ooo.... purdy.

Was hoping for more email shipping confirmations today. I'll follow-up tomorrow or Friday if they don't start coming in.

Couple questions for the folks that have received and installed their shocks.

Can you post any install pictures? Have you removed the carbon canister to make room for the remote reservoir?

Mine should be here in a few weeks!

Haven't done mine yet (see previous post about weather), but the installation instructions that came with it are pretty explicit and have pictures of each step. Looks pretty straightforward.

I'm in Canada; we don't have carbon canisters so I can't help ya there.

Edit: no mention of carbon canister in the install instructions, that I can see

Something I should of mentioned earlier but forgot about it. I highly recommend that you get the Indyunlimited kit for the upper mount. The Elka uses two bushes either side of a spherical bearing. I will guarantee you will bend the upper shock bolt with this shock the same as the stock unit.

Enjoy the performance increase, you won't regret the purchase. I don't know why some must have Ohlins when the quality of Elka is around, that and more adjustment and not an off the shelf unit.

Nope. Picked it up from the local FedEx Office store (hold for pickup) on Sunday.

No pictures, but it's shiny.
