+1.

pricey subscription too at nearly two bills per tire

don't get why there are so many fans of this tire.. maybe folks are just running them on pavement mostly, but that don't make no sense

I agree...on my 690R the 908RR lasted about 1k miles, not much pavement for me. Much better life from the Mefo and Heidi K60 on the same terrain, even hooked up just the same, but better on the pavement.

Whats your experience with that been like to date?
I can go flat out all day with the high fender - never an issue and works/looks like it should.

Have you ever seen such a clean bike? It's my brand new 990R. Time to make it dirty

I had to drive on the terrible tarmac because it's the only roads that are free of ice and good enough for the rimguards on the bike.
Now it has rolled 24 km.

I agree with you, the fender is "too much" orange and overpowers the color scheme of your bike. If I were you I'd mask it off and paint the fender you have so that only orange pin stripes remain (or some other pattern with a touch of orange) and paint the rest to match the main anthracite color. If you just want to bolt up a fender, I'd go for black with your scheme.
