Boathouse Cove Road - Lake Mead

Does anyone have experience with this road? Looks like access to Lake Mead. Just wondering how difficult a trip this is. Some of the web site I've googled say it's easy, but this guide book I have says it's difficult.
Here's a link that says easy: http://www.dirtopia.com/wiki/Boathouse_Cove
I need some easy dirt to get experience with my Super Tenere.

Thanks!
