Hey You FF's. Hope you all had a great time out there today. Well it seems that you do need oil in a clutch master cylinder After changing out engine oil, filter, cleaning oil screens and coolant yesterday i didn't even think to check it. I guess its worn out the friction discs as well, cant think of anything else that would cause the clutch to slip once under way.

It was particularly nice to see the master clip just "hanging on" when i got back. It would have been awesome to see that chain wrap its self around the cases on Brookton H'way.

This owned by one meticulous and fastidious owner, serviced every 10 hours

A great ride today boys , rode some new tracks. Found a couple of good hills to play on.

Waitsey then found a few tracks that were pretty gnarly ,Konrad , huge effort on the 990 to punt it down some of those roads.

Hard luck to Kev and Allords withbike problems, having to pull out before we really got underway. Allords you are a lying bastard, talking about bringing the Terra whilst having the Husaberg in the shed...........bloody cashed up wanker

Best you don't put oil in the clutch master cylinder.

What did you buy, and from whom?

Thoroughly enjoyed the ride today - some new tracks that I didn't know existed. For the first half - almost no dust.

Enjoyed all the woops with the new fork springs up front of the 990

Suggested a night-ride again once the dust is damped down a bit more - let us know if you are interested

Otherwise I'll be in York next week for the bike festival - may see some of you there.

Cheers

Konrad

Konrad - who did your front suspension and what setup are you using? My 990 sucked in the whoops. Do you have a big tank or are you running the original?
Cheers,
bayden

I ordered some 0.64 springs from SPS and had Russel from Dynotime in Wangara install them, revalve the forks to suit and freshen up the shocky at the same time - money well spent (should have done it years ago).

Standard tank, I weigh 74kg's.

SuperPlush Suspension will provide you valuable input.

Cheers

Laugh Finally

Great day today guys, it's been a while so it was good to get some dirt riding under the belt.

Pity about Allords and kev, still there will be plenty of other opportunities.
