It's harder than Switz, but only because you're actually climbing. There is a little rocky area before you get to the gun range, but it's wide, and you can skirt all the big rocks. Also, there are two tighterish (for big bikes) uphill switch backs.

I used to take my 990 Hellsickle's 990 there a lot and didn't think it was too bad, but I also used to ride my 990 his bike on stuff like this, so I

We stopped here on Cane Creek

At any rate, shoot me a PM of when you're thinking of tagging it, and I'd gladly show you the way.

I've had my 950 up there many times.. going to 5 points is no problem. If I took my time I could ride my 1976 R90/6 upto 5 points (on street tires).

BEYOND 5 points things get interesting

This is what it loos like in the day (archive photo - not a tag).

The main trail is doable on just about any bike.

Thanks Rob - I'll get up there at some point.

Sounds like there are plenty of guys willing to grab this tag but for future reference, rule #3 says it can be on dirt or gravel but must be able to be ridden to on a STREET bike.....or have I misread it and it CAN be reached on my Venture?

I think you can get this...... Dang, byebye tag again. :-)
If its no go, I'm going to say the trailhead entrance will be the alternative for street guys or scared guys.
Pass the peace pipe around again, everything is good with this tag.
Tag On!

I never was very good at following rules..

Yeah, I say street bikes just grab the sign at the entrance.

So dirtbro's tag is the most recent one to get? I certainly hope so.

So, the tag is stuck at LH? I ride my dirtbikes there all the time, but no way would I want to take the FZ up to five points. It does not sound fun at all. I'll see if I feel like heading that way tomorrow, maybe I'll grab it (the one by the road)...unless someone closer has plans to do it .

THought I saw that tagging at the entrance is acceptable. Is it back to 5 points specifically?

For a street bike I believe it is. Slept in today, so I won't be making it up there... Go get it man!

It's gotta be sloppy up to Five points - maybe I'll hit the entrance this afternoon.

And I don't want to hear any sh#t about wussing out owning a Scrambler (even though I did!)
