F150 Mechanic in Cave Creek

In driving down to AZ I developed a rear end howl. Anyone know of a trustworthy F150 mechanic in Cave Creek/Carefree area. Someone you would really trust with your wife, dog, bike and truck?

thanks

We ended up going to Sedona. I found a mechanic there - Phillips Auto in Cottonwood. Fast, very courtious and very communicative about the problem. Very organized and clean shop.

Problem turned out to be the pinion bearing.
