I used one of these turn signal load equalizers and it did the job. I was trying different lights (bulb and LED) and it worked for both. Not sure if it applies for what you need though.

Is that the "new" steam punk LED lighting?

Resistors have been around for a very long time, a soldered in resistor should be fine.

Watched this build from the start and love the work. One thing that surprised me was that you did not "work" the front forks and brakes. Looks a little out of place. Even painted black would make it blend into the rest of the bike. Not meaning to disrespect your work: it is fantastic.
