I love the photography, something I haven't learned if you ever looked at our ride reports. PM me if you are ever near Seattle.
Hey thanks donnh!
I've read that Woody does some fine job with the F8GS upgrades
Same you you: if you ever find yourself north of the border give us a shout!

Terrific report and photos. Makes me think twice about attempting the tough sections on my 1200GS.

Hey Wamba, the difficult sections required technique and experience that we didn't have. Many experienced riders can go through those sections without a hiccup, but you really need to know what you are doing and how to tackle the obstacles.

After the summer rides we did, I've realized how much Naomi and I need to improve our off-road skills. Riding from Canada to Argentina gives you a good base for hard-irsh conditions (Peru's Highlands, Southern Chile and Patagonia in Argentina) but it's not nearly enough to become good @ 'difficult sections' like the ones from the WABRD

Now I have both 'dual sport riding techniques' DVDs from http://www.dualsportriding.com/ and will be using them to improve my skills for next summer
Cheers,
A.
