I followed up with the rep on your order number.

"sorry for this delayed customer, I will follow up with the build and do my best to ship asap."

Let's hope they ship it next day or two.

Couldn't wait, installed mine during my lunch break

Awesome on my little jog around the parking lot, going to tune it on my way home! Had a bent shock bolt, but got it bent back in the vice until I can get a stronger one at home (do'h). Can't believe how weak the bolt was, I could have bent it 90 Deg easily if I wanted to.

I don't like where they suggest to mount the preload adjuster, so I'm going to move it forward and hopefully attach it right next to the resi.

Nice. Post up a ride report once you get it out for a spin.

Mine is in my garage sitting next to the bike. I'm just about done with the front end rebuild with the F650GS-YZD fork upgrade. I've been hoping that it magically installs itself but so far no luck

Uh, amazing! It will take a little longer to tune but this thing is just unbelievable! Soaks up everything and has no stiction whatsoever. I did order a rear mudguard because it doesn't have the protection that the original shock had.

I hate to say this but should i be calling paypal and getting my money back? 933 dollars is kind of a big deal and I haven't seen a single thing that makes me feel like I might really be getting a shock. Another week has gone by and still nothing? Originally 2-3 weeks was the time given That was 6 weeks ago. WTF man Im trying my best to just sit back and relax but Im getting a little impatient over here. The only thing I have heard is "they are probbaly working on it and its probably gonna ship soon".Thats not much.

Please give me something worth while so i can be reassured this wasn't a waste of time and money.

Ok. I just called the Elka home office and got the tracking number. It was shipped on the 18th and is on its way to you in So Cal. I'll apologize for Elka (not my fault obviously but I understand why you are not happy....).

Tracking number is in your PM. Not sure why the delay or why we didn't get the tracking number last week.

PM sent with order info. Some of the orders ship pretty quick. Others have taken longer but I can try to put a rush on it.
