Would be a nice ride down 114 beside the lake if you don't mind a stranger showing up!

I can't be there - I'll be 400+- miles to the north and east of you guys - But I have met quite a few of the guys and gals here and can tell you that they are good people For SURE

IC may have just what you need, but the last time I was at 2Twisted's place he was talking about a Brandy-New (or nearly so) Magnetic Tank bag. Assuming that you really can't make it down/up/over.

On other fronts, I am sitting in my son's a nearly empty living room, borrowing the neighbors Wi-Fi trying to imagine how we are going to get the rest of his "Stuff" into the truck and trailer. Frack! I am certainly earning the Riding time that will come AFTER we unload all this stuff! Of all the traits that we could have picked up from me over the years Why oh freaking WHY, did he have to pick up Pack-Rat-ism?!?!?

Sheesh! Is it Beer-o'clock yet?

Ohhhh hell yeah!

It is in our household!

If I am not able to make this swap meet I will reach out and see what people have left over. Good luck with getting your son's stuff, stuffed into the trailer.

Christ I just shaved my legs for the occasion

Found an easy way to put new tires on the Tenere...load them up and take them to Woody's...much easier than spooning on the garage floor...

Trying a Heidenau K60

Good looking tire. What's the size of that?

I looked it up, 17" 150. I see they make that in an 18" too. Maybe when I get back from Ontario I'll give it a try.

as with all tires there are lots of folks out there claiming 7500 miles plus on the big bike's. I have my doubts, hoping for 6,000. All reports seem to be that it makes a good 50/50 tire. Paired with a knobby up front it might make a good summer set of tires for exploring gravel and dirt.

The service manager from Woody's Yamaha called me today looking to find out where I got my tires. Maybe they are finally listening, carry what people want and you will get their business. If the price is right of course.

I personally think there is a lack of a dealer in the mid coast region of Maine that supplies/understands the needs of ADV and off road type riders..
