I believe so, the moulds were taken from a 2002 model but I believe the outer shape of the tank didn't change.

Cheers,
Michael

Thinking of keeping my 640 adv and if I do would be interested in these. Get pics up of the finished product when you can.

Thanks,

Eric,

The right hand side tank guard proto has been laid up and is under vacuum, it will cure in the next few hours and I'll pull it from the mould tomorrow. The other side should be ready by Thursday.

When making the production pieces I'll lay up both at once to save time but for the proto it's easier to deal with one at a time if any issues come up, luckily they haven't so far!

Cheers,
Michael

I've done the same with my 07 Adv and in Alberta so if they fit Ill be interested in getting in on the group buy.

A preference for me would be to NOT have the left side guard protect the petcock as I have removed that petcock and the extra lower protection will interfere with the access to the tool pod on the Rock Hard Rally Gear skid plate.

Anyone else in the area interested? Maybe we can cut down on shipping costs if we grab a bunch of them.

Cheers

I'm not sure, the mould was taken off an '02, I'll do some research and let you know.

The Guards are ready!

Finally, the Guards are ready. The moulds took a lot longer than I had hoped but they are both now good to go.

I'll be contacting the people that have PM/emailed me and then offering them for general sale.

Cheers,
Michael
