I'm already on top of that, I've got a package of 'em stashed in my gear - I am also horrible with names, so I thought I'd give myself a head start at not calling everyone Joe Jim Carl Bob.

I didn't say anything about name tags. Tags are for the stuff for swap or sale, so you know who to give money to, in case you were feeling honest. That's all.

Still some mud on the duck pond side of things today. Worse than it was two weeks ago but nothing over foot and a half deep water puddles that I found.

This was from trail that heads more less North from the pond and crosses the same stream a few times. Looked like a jeep or something had been back in there making big ruts for us. I turned back once I got to the tall grass and it was still all rutted up (riding solo and got tired once I buried myself nearly to the pegs).

swap meet

I'll be riding in rather than trailering and I'm going with a rather minimalist set up on the bike but I may still bring a few items for the flea market.. I have a Brown/Tan Thor Pack Jacket (aka: waterproof pullover style shell) that was slightly too small for me with riding gear and is essentially brand new although a few years old in design {never worn on a ride}.. If you wear a medium or perhaps smaller in man sizes you can have it for a beer or essentially free.. That's assuming I find the space to pack it on the bike but that shouldn't be a problem.

F*#k!

All attempts at schedule voodoo have failed, leaving me on a triple (36hr) this weekend. You folks have fun, looks like this is gonna be big. I've even got some crap surplus goods to offer. Al, if you can't find anyone to take that jacket off your hands I know someone who wears a medium...

And you said yes? I'd have to be threatened with my job to be forced into working this weekend. Even then, I'd have to think about it.

I'll probably do another one or two, but not for a while. I think the earliest I'd schedule a campout after this is mid-July. I'm not even into the summer camping that much anyway. Spring and Fall are best. Summer is for swimming, boating and fishing.

I also have Doubletake Mirrors on order. Need to figure out what to do about getting rid of the current license plate holder.

Thanks for the information and anyone else with ideas let me hear 'em!
didn't the power up kit come for free? i thought everything was included in the box (i am not sure, i bought mine used and it already had it on it).

i just did away with the whole black section. just mount the plate (directly onto the white section of the fender - i made a small holder for it). I don't have rear blinkers (not required in RI), but if i did want them, you can easily fix those on too. Good thing about this is the stock taillight is seperate, so it still works as is on the white fender.
