2013 BMW R1200GS (Water-Cooled) Crash Bars

Due to the particular vulnerabilities of the boxer engine crash bars are a critical accessory for the daily rider and world adventurer.

Constructed from 25mm diameter, 2mm wall-thickness steel MotoGeist R1200GS crash bars are built to take a beating and make sure you get home. Our bars are designed to transfer the energy of any impact to the strongest parts of the the frame, does not mount solidly to the engine. Not only for strength, the bars have been engineered with a compact profile for lean angles in the curves and a discrete look when your bike is sitting still.

All necessary hardware and instructions are included with the kit. Installation is easy, so they can easily be removed and re-installed for service.
