KTM 520 exc - new sprockets/chain question

I had 14:48 112 links setup, am now going to a 14:50 setup. The chain I got has 120 links.

How many links should I use for the 14:50 setup? Is there kind of a standard/average number of links to use for 14:50?

Any advice is appreciated. I haven't had to change sprockets/chain in like ever...

Looks like someone swung a turd covered stick through a junkyard dumpster and that's what stuck to it. - Barman

Its a matter of putting the sprockets on and cutting the chain to fit, drape the chain over said sprockets, move the axle forward with the adjusters, make sure you dont cut the wrong link and make it too short to work.
Take your time you'll do fine.

Should be the same # of links, but it will pull the axle forward a little for two reasons.

1, the bigger rear sprocket
2, the old chain will have worn and would be longer than the new one.

Probably will only move it forward a 1/4" or so.

Remember to run your chain really loose. Like almost too loose. Those RFS bikes do not like a tight chain.
