12v + USB Available in OZ?

Anyone know where I can get one of these in Australia?

http://global.rakuten.com/en/store/m...item/10000961/

I saw one on a DRZ400 that a Japanese guy was riding around the country. You can order them online but you have to go through a forwarding service.

Any ideas?

I paid under $5 (delivered) for a 12v cig lighter style insert with one 12v outlet and two USB outlets - off eBay. Charges phone, camera and anything else whilst on the move....just plugs into my 12v outlet running in my tank bag.

Stephen Burns at http://burnsmoto.com/; if he hasn't got one available, he'll probably make it for you; I bought a bunch of his stuff and it's faultless.

This sounds the goods. Being 2amp it would charge a tablet as well as a phone.
Does anyone know if it draws power when not in use? Could it be wired directly to the battery without killing it?
