It has some desirable options, Hella bar end signals, Albert headlamp mirror, Denfeld rear rack, Denfeld leather saddlebags, very rare rear crash bars, probably Dendeld, front crashbar, Hella dual horns. Every R-69-US that I have ever seen came with a large dual seat and optional large tank. My first street bike was a 69 R-69-US, still have it.

I believe it is even rarer than the R69 and it does have a BMW roundel on it!
