Exactly. I will make a shim to suit and also make sure the engine mounts are shimmed as well.

As others have mentioned, I'd just repair it.
Depending on how much ability you have yourself or how much you are prepared to pay someone else, you could easily reapair that to be far stronger than it ever was.

How does the swingarm look in the area that some of them crack ?
