Altho there are lots of great places up here. We rode the dragon, cades cove, parson's branch road today and back to the cabin near the white water rafting center. Great riding today.

MrsDonkeys is in Sanford at the Carolina Rally and Picnic (CRAP) for the weekend. If anybody wants to go see a bunch of cool Russian motorcycles, and one stunning Triumph, drop on by. They might try to feed you and offer you a beer. Those foilheads are an interesting crowd.

For anyone interested, the North American tag (Eggy) just landed in Fayetteville.

HEY!!!! Well ok I'm old and no I haven't had the chance to play in a while. I watched the USA tor sit at my job for a week and now the North American tor is there. I just haven't had much time to get TAG modivated.

I know where Plain View is but haven't found an address for the Rec center. With my limited time I don't venture out unless I know exactly where it is. If I figure it out I might go after it one evening if all goes well. I don't have any days off this month.

XTFreak, sorry to hear about the divorce, and the job in Ak is pretty cool( ) if that's what you like. Hope life picks up for you.
Kent, sorry I doubt I will be going to get the Plainview tag, even though I think I remember passing the rec center once or twice. Right now the bike is staying in the garage because of time and the wife working etc.... Same ol story.

I have 2 days off before I fly back to Wisconsin on Sunday and I was planning on riding out to the Wheels Through Time Museum and exploring out that way. But looking around it looks like THREE tags are stuck on the dark side of 95. I already committed to helping a friend move next weekend. I like the mountains way more than the beach but it looks like you guys need some help.

If I can get out of work a little early today, I may be able to grab this one....

I'd go to Maggie Valley if I were you Luni.
The tags can wait. Ain't much to do in Belhaven.

Looks like the weather made up my mind for me. Swinging by work and heading out. Anyone got any good camping spots by Nags Head? Trying to get there in time for soft shell crab sammiches for dinner.
