Holy crap! They think highly of their products.I can't see $150 to hold a bin that can be purchased for $25 or less.

I ask this over on the FB page.I'll ask it here to gauge interest for Mr. Bracket.

"How about a unit that is a little lower with a street tread tire?"Lower may not be needed.I wouldn't ride my bike thru the curves with a trailor like I would without one. However,I wouldn't want to be slowed down to much either.

If the bin holds thousands of dollars worth of stuff then the value of the bracket or the bin goes up - i.e., it isn't the bin that most people would worry about losing, but what is in it.

But this seems like something Mr. Bracket could emulate.

There are a lot of homemade pusher trailers out there, most of them fairly crude but they work.

Although the Moto-mule might be a bit heavy for a bicycle (some of the homemade pusher trailers are huge monstrosities), I think it would work well for this purpose. Two modifications would be needed; a sprocket on the trailer wheel with a driven hub so that the user to put an engine/motor on the trailer, and a hitch that would work with a bicycle. I am guessing that neither modification would be rocket science.

Of course the engine would cut into the space for hauling things on the trailer when installed, but I think there would still be a good amount of space left.

I would rather have one trailer for both my motorcycle and my bicycle than two separate trailers.
No thoughts/feedback on this??

Ha. Yea I got a dog I want to bring along too.

I was thinking about making a roll cage out of tubular steel or welded L beams, some wind blocking in the form of cheap plastic, and a cheap cut canvas/vinyl and button-snap water cover. Drop in/out of the motomule if I could get one when I want to bring the pup.

Moto-Mule trailer for KTM 950

I just came across the MOTO-MULE . After I was looking around for an idea for my motorcycle to tow my mountain bike . So VOILA , there I came across the Moto-Mule . I love it , and I want one .

I went to their website to see the details and specs etc as well as price . But I see they are currently moving shop , and website is down .

I own a KTM 950 ADVENTURE and was hopuing to find out if any has been fitted to the KTM . How much do they go for ? I will need the basic trailer with ROTOPAX mounts etc and lights . I will fabricate my own set-up to take two Mountain-bikes .

How much will everything cost include shipping ? Can I get it only primered so that I can paint it orange etc ?

Laugh wheelchair mode

Another great job by MrBracket - Moto-Mule for a wheelchair. There's a great RR including a custom 3 wheeled KTM. This shows them ready to roll:

Found this yesterday. Would apply to anyone who wants to stiffen up their ActionPacker and possibly attach things to the side of it.

http://www.swagoffroad.com/24-Gallon...ins-_p_37.html

When are these Moto-Mules going to continue production? I'm fairly interested in one!

Edit: Totally didn't see the post a few up from mine. If you check out the SWAG (terrible name) website they have a pretty neat stand for a portable bandsaw. Neat.

I can't answer your other questions,....but.....

I'm sorry you cannot get one right now,
but it's worth the wait until he gets his new shop set up.

I really like mine, I've had it over a year now.
He supplied an axle nut with a hole in the middle for the trailer's rod/mount to go through the otherwise hollow axle.
It follows me just about anywhere I wanna take it,....while packing enough extra luxuries to shame a Beemer rider !!
