You guys make a great product, but your business practices are shite.

Broken links on your website, not answering emails to your distributors.

Posting products you don't seem to have.

Get it together.

Sad to agree, but same situation I've been in for +4 months...will be calling quits VERY soon.

Approx 2 years ago I was considering buying a Rallymoto for my GSA & KTM640. But after stumbling across some negative side comments about RM in an unrelated thread about trip planning and also RM not replying to an email I'd sent them, I decided to do some time consuming 'forensic' searching about the brand on advrider before buying. What I found was that a few people had good experiences with the RM purchase process (and raved about the product), however quite a number of people complained about poor (maybe non-existant) pre-sale and post-sale customer service. The sub-trend in this thread is the same.

I opted to buy another leading brand of SD instead and received excellent (read prompt) customer service before and after purchase.

RM customer service? Caveat emptor IMHO.

Just got my RM2 today. About 3 days for AU to Alberta. E-mails prompt. Updated frequently on build process, and when it left the shop. I'm happy with everything. Great looking unit, should be an hour to install.

Well done!

Thanks RM

Mike

Great price too. Thanks for the ADV group buy
