A few left over pics

So I found some pics from before we separated from Brian and Jill and thought I'd throw in some from the rest of our ride.

Leaving Cameron

Getting to four corners

Entering Colorado

Stopped here for lunch....they had no running water.

So the facilities left something to be desired

Cortez was right around the corner and that is where we left Brian and Jill.

Brian and Jill went East, Lynn and I went North heading to Moab.

Stayed then night in Moab. Had some decent BBQ at the blue pig but i had the best piece of pecan pie ever! They called it smoked pecan pie.

Next stop was Arches. We spent a few hours cruising and walking around

They marked the trails with these handy signs

Ok I have hundreds more pics of Arches but we saw a lot more on our way home. So i will fast forward some we left and saw this dirt road on the map. It didnt show where it came out so of course we chose this as our short cut out of the park. We didnt see another person the entire 20 plus miles

I think we qualify

Nice road a couple of sandy spots but not bad at all.

Saw a few sets of these. I assume they are some sort of weather monitoring???

We made it out of the park and headed to Capitol Reef National Park... Coming soon....

Hi sorry your trip ended this way, but at least no serious injuries or damage! I look forward to seeing more pix and more story when you continue on!

Great ride report! A shame it concluded so soon. While telling my wife what happened to yours she said "Good for her for trying to save the bike!"
Brian Jr. Bought my jeep, I can say that while signing the title over at your home last week it was still standing and nothing was on fire
