Maybe an evening ride? I think I'm free Tuesday and Wednesday later afternoon. As it happened yesterday, I says to wife, "hey, I think I might ride again this afternoon," to which she responded with a kind of cold silence. Recognizing this was a test I decided I'd do chores for the rest of the day rather than get overdrawn on good graces. I kept an eye on my phone for replies but nobody saved me.

Funny, I had just finished watching your stuff after Google led me to your Youtube channel. Good times! Your buddy going off Trail 4 was an exciting bit (different vid from the one here, I think).

Something soon, then. I want to see that XT (presumably). I probably need the time this week to prep for an overnight ride with my brothers up north anyway, so just as well.

The Daggett ride was last fall... the trail 4 adventure was early this month. He's lucky that he bailed and didn't get pummeled by 350 pounds of tumbling bike. Twisted his frame up pretty good.

I know the Ape is way too much of a pig to take on anything more excessive than a fire road, so I'm converting my little wr250x into a dual sport, and hopefully will be able to tag along on some of your guys awesome rides! Got my skid plate installed, now just waiting to get a 4.5 gal ims tank and some dirt hoops!

Got out for a bit this weekend. Went into the Owyhees.

I was disappointed to see they'd closed-off the route to Hemmingway Butte ~ where did that happen?! Stupid BLM....

I ended up finding some great single track that made up for it though.

I was out by Succor Creek Saturday. Great day for riding and the hills are all green and covered with wildflowers. Too bad we did not cross paths. I didn't see any other bikes out there.

Lots of gates on this ride.

Anyone want to go out Monday? I want to get to Leslie Gulch and Jordan Craters and??? before it gets too hot and the hills turn brown. Shoot me a PM or call 995/8305 Mike.
