Anyone care to review Karoo 3's?

I intend to switch out my Enduro 3's mid August.... thinking there should be some test-riders that have collected printable comments on their Karoo 3 experiences.....

thanx in advance--stan

Bigger bikes but some first had reviews toward the end.

Some pictures and discussion from a set mounted on a F800gs

I'm thinking I might give these a shot on my 640 Adv soon. If they hold up
well the price doesn't seem bad at around $180 to my door for the set.

Bluhduh Karoo 3

Just a word of warning, The Karoo 3s aren't meant to be used on the GS or Adventure. I found out the hard way. I bought a set for my 1200 Adventure and noticed "stress" cracks developing on both front and back tires. Metzeler told me to send them back, so I did, Only to find out several calls later the speed rating on the Karoo 3s aren't up to what BMW recommends so no warranty. They recommended I buy a different tire next time.

Unfortunately I did not, They looked like dry rot cracks except that they ran around all of the "knobs" on the tread of the tire.
