Honda CT 90, 110 battery tender

I have a 1971 CT 90, and a 1981 CT 110 and would like to wire them for a battery tender. Is there a harness already made for the battery, or what is the best way to accomplish this? As you know, the battery has a funky connection. Thanks for any insight. Walt

A battery connector is usually included with the tender . . example.

Tortoise,
The CT battery doesn't have the normal battery terminals. I can charge the battery using alligator clips, but wanted to leave attached leads on the bike, so all I have to do is plug the tender connector to it.

I have a '72 CT-90 and found a "Shumaker" (sp) brand 1 amp charger at AutoZone for about $20. Had both a 12v and 6vt selector switch.

I just tapped the "bike lead end" of the supplied pull apart plug into the standard battery wires (they are too small to be called cables).

I normally just leave the bike lead tucked into the battery cover. I do recommend using a marker/laberler to clearly mark the bike as 6 Volt...I use a tag on the cable. Just in case....
