It was a briljant trip!!! Although half of the tracks were way too technical for me, it was really great fun with all of you guys and girls! And riding partly on tarmac in Portugal isn't a burden :-)

Special thanks to Rose for the organisation, Danny for helping me pass the difficult stages, Loek and Toine for there patience and helping me out of the abyss, Paulo for the party at the Penedono Motor Club and all the rest for there great companionship. I miss you all already

hi all,

i tried to get the photo server up and running so its simple for people to upload the pics but its not as easy as it sounds...

its easy to put mine on as im directly connected but for other people its a real pain in the arse.. based on that its best to use dropbox/photobucket etc etc.

take care and looking forward to next year....

does it have to be at the start of may? maybe towards the end offers better weather?

Hi all, I had a fantastic trip with, again, a fantastic group!
Portugal was great although I found Croatia a bit more 'away' from the rest of Europe. I missed the endless forests and views a bit, Portugal is beautiful but more populated.

Anyway, here are my pics, the first one being a true classic ;)

Sorry fr not replying sooner, I'm still not fully recovered from two of the best weeks I've ever had. I was great to meet you all and I hope we get invited back to the next one. Thanks in particular to Rose for what was the most fun I've had on a bike EVER.

If you squint you'd see Kami and Fifi top centre of the photo above, a decent camera would have been great.

After a night sleeping on the floor of the hotel after a phenomenal drenching, the following morning from the
hotel this was the view.

The Iphone doesn't do the view of the lake justice,....

....we all remained optimistic the weather would improve, I was convinced I could see some blue.

No timer on the Iphone so I've edited Kami into this one

..........if MudGuard wasn't smiling ....

.......she was laughing.

We all agreed a cold beer would have been real nice about now.

........... these two posing.

Windy, FiFi, Wilma, Toine and Rose

Tone, Swiss Rob and Ivo...I think.

Dutch Rob, Manu and our very own Kami.

Kami got bored with all the road work and made his own OffRoad tracklog...

......credit where it's due, he don't give up easy.

Again, thanks all for a great time.

Daithi.
