Two years ago 40 lbs was six dollars, last year nine. Same thing is on sale at Home Depot for $12.88 and that's still not bad compared to normal

As I told Mark last week...

We'll be at The Swamp all weekend if any of y'all want to come camp

The river is going to feel mighty good with all this heat

I usually buy 3-400 pounds. I've asked in the past about buying in pallet quantity, but they wouldn't let me..

Thought you posted before that you bought 200 pounds

Went to Home Depot today with the Lowes flyer

No longer have a Lowes commercial account and they offer a

five percent discount when you use your commercial charge

So HD matched their price and the discount

Bought 120 pounds

That'll get us to Labor Day for sure

Funny part was the comments and looks I got when pulling up to the commercial door on the bike

and leaving with 120 pound of charcoal and

Three landscaping timbers which are also on sale

#200... That's all they usually let me get in one shot. Then I go back as many times as I drive past. Last year I hit Lowes and HD. Don't shop at lowes any more though, so it'll just be Depot this year. If it turns into a PITA this year I'll make one trip, and call it good. I haven't grilled as much this year as I normally do though so a couple hundred will last me I hope.

Gotta love those 'Wings. Of course I'm assuming you weren't on the MZ.

Have to admit we had a great time this weekend

Lots of folks on the river

Can't say I've ever seen so many at our neighborhood park

Sure was nice not having a two hour drive home

Although I did miss being at The Scrub

Couldn't help but think about Mobeer and Motogirl

They no doubt went up to their place in NC

That commute would make for a long weekend

Same over here at the beaches. I have never seen so many folks at the boat ramps just up from the house, nor so many folks on SR 528 headed to the beaches - bumper to bumper eastbound all day every day this weekend. Even the causeway had crowds parked along the whole thing like it usually did for Shuttle launches.
