Has anyone tried Loco Coyote since Tom sold it. How is the food?? I am reluctant to go give it a try. It will never be the same, after eating there for so long, I might just find a new place.

While this may be the finest eats anywhere, why is a restaurant in Central Arkansas listed in the Central Texas thread?

Same reason I have posted two in Oklahoma. Some of us actually leave the state on our bikes!

I also wondered why Arkansas was listed to Central TEXAS. My father in law was from Arkansas but lived most of his life in Texas. Wonder why??? Nothing against Arkansas, we would not be eating Chicken without them.

LC Ribs seemed to be the same on Saturday after a couple hundred miles of muddy gravel and chipseal in the light rain.

Any youtubes of how to put up with a 2 hour wait? Sorry, but there are many other great BBQ places with no wait. Hype brings in the crowds but not me.
