Anything other than 180 is wrong.

I didn't see the R12 in the post. My bad! Yeah, they 1150 is 230ml.

Crap!

Is it worth it to change it and refill with 180ml or just leave it with 200ml in it until next scheduled maintenance? (it's been 1 year since I changed it, only about 3,000 miles)

Just run it. If it hasn't leaked yet it probably will not.
