Hope winter is kind to you guys, say hi to Vic, and look forward to seeing you guys in the spring in case I don't make it over for some skiing before that!

I think D2d 2014 is going to be a blast.

Thats a great idea! I hope to do lots of solo trips in the future and I think this would be a great way to help out others in times of need.

Help needed to get a bike to Fairbanks from Denali

jfishburn and his wife are stranded in Denali on his Multistrada with a non repairable rear flat! They are camping for the night but need transportation into Fairbanks. he has a new tire with him, just no way to get that crazy BIIIG rear axle nut off. Anyone out there available to help a brother out? PM or call me and I can relay to John. 907 232-5967

Motorcycle tires, in Homer

I have a selection of used, take-off tires with remaining tread, in good condition.
Sizes to fit KLR650, Buell XB12, WR250R, and F800GS.
Several 21 inch front tires, an 18 rear, and 130/17, 150/17 and 180/17 rears.

. If you are travelling far from home, and passing through Homer, with a suddenly discovered lack of TREAD problem, look me up.
Have tire irons, lubricant and a milk crate.
I will trade used rubber for Good coffee, interesting travel tales, or FREE, if you need one.

. Ocean Drive, next to Beluga Lake... little green metal building with prominent SOLAR array. Sign sez "Full Power"
