Stroker makes wheels/adapters, or you could contact Claude Stanley Sidecars or Dauntless Motors and they'll set you up.
I think it's crazy for a 2 wheeler though. Mostly it's sidecars and Goldwings
We're burning our tires all the way to the tread edge. How could car tires work for us??

Just picked up a Karoo 3 to replace the front K-60. It will go on as soon as my friend has time .Still have a K-60 on the back . Been through 3 sets. Last time I transitioned from radial one tire at a time . Now it is back to radial one tire at a time . Looking forward to less air loss with the new tire .Hope I get the rear K-60 worn out fairly soon .

It can't.
As I noted, "dark side" apologists usually ride hacks or touring bikes, and their goal is being thrifty. There are a few riding sportier bikes with car tires, most notably Vstrom, who claim no loss of performance...
...momma told me "if ya got nuthin nice to say, don't say anything at all."
I got nuthin to say about peeps riding car tires on their two wheelers.

I guess if somebody can't tell the difference, then there is no difference to them.

True, and the FJR and V-strom guys often claim no lack of performance, but thier tires never look like this...

Nor do they ride with others who use the whole tire and still claim they ride well.

In case anyone is curious, Metzler has no plans to make a 100/90-19 (front OEM size for a Tiger 800 Roadie). I emailed them this morning and that's what they replied with.

Was hoping that the Karoo 3 might make a nice tire for here in NJ if I ever wanted to explore the Pine Barrens.

Pretty sure my GF's '12 Roadie came with 110/80, just like my GS

Hmmm... I'll need to double check when I get home. I was going by the specs on Triumph's site. The Scorpions on my '13 come in both a 110/80 and a 100/90, but Pirelli's site lists the 100/90 as the correct fit for the 800 as well.

I ride with schizzman and Slowoldguy, we ride rim to rim. SOG s Karoo 3 is in my garage where I spooned it off at 800 miles! My last set of Tourance EXPs wore out in the sides instead if the center. I literally was riding a triangle tire. I was hoping the Karoo 3 would be THE tire. I usually do a bit better than SOG so maybe 1200-1500 miles for me.

To be fair, we took it off early. It would have made 1000. ;)

That is too bad. Even my TKCs last more than 3,000 on hot tarmac. You are killing my high expectations for the Karoo3! :)

Metzeler karoo 3

I get 1500 to 1800 out of a TKC rear. These are much softer. I expected many more miles. I know I sound like a broken record, but - if my data means anything at all- it probably serves people better to think slowoldguy gets 50% more from a TKC compared to a K3 rather than my actual mileage.
