It's really a shame that they have become this bad.

I used to order all of my dirt bike parts from cyclehutt, and they were great 3-4 years ago.

Yup very sad...
They used to have big celebrations over 4th of July, Jason Britton, endouroX, they opened up the big lot for stunt riders to practice, dealer demo days, all sorts of Katooms to ride... 3 years ago. At one time one of the largest parts outlet.

Name change.... They changed from KTM CycleHutt to Sturgis CycleHutt. Probably filed bankruptcy under the old name and started a new corp with the new name.

Just found this interesting tidbit,,

Nice. I sent them an email tonight to find out if they are still going to ship my order that I placed on 18 April.
Has any else contacted them about back orders?

Cyclehutt charged me for an order once and didn't tell me they were not sending it and 2 weeks later I cancelled the order. 1 month later they gave me a refund.

My bank credited me the money from Cycle Hutt and I reordered at KTM World at multiple recommendations from inmates...sounds like Cycle Hutt is going down in flames if they are getting sued by KTM North America....

I'm from Bismarck. I've been plugged into the scene there for years. Cycle Hutt used to be a KTM dealer. They did fairly well for a few years. However, for whatever reason (most likely bad business on Cycle Hutt's behalf), KTM pulled their dealer status. KTM no longer wanted them as a dealer. Hence the change from "KTM Cycle Hutt" to "Cycle Hutt Sturgis". KTM also recently cut them off as a parts dealer too. At this point Cycle Hutt can't sell KTM bikes or KTM parts. So what Cycle Hutt is now doing is ordering parts from other KTM dealers around the country and reselling them! Thems the facts folks! This is why it has taken so long for some to get parts and for some not to get them at all. I suggest actually going to an authorized KTM parts dealer! KTM doesn't pull dealer status for no reason. Cycle Hutt is bad news! Once again, you've been warned. Order from them and they will be ordering the parts from other dealers and then reselling them to you.

Refund

After failed delivery and no contact from them for a week or two I tried to follow up. I couldnt contact them by any means, including finding a nearby business in Sturgis who knew somebody that works (ed?) there...gave my credit card company all the details and the refund was said (after just a few days) to be on my next statement (this is still over a week away, so the CC company is probably making money using my credit in the meantime.

(The amount of money made by all financial institutions who take up to a week or ten days to reverse a charge, refund etc etc, must be staggering!)

For it to happen that quick there must have been no issues at Cyclehutt's end in refunding my money. Hope it all goes through and everyone else has a similar experience.

My Experience same.

For Some reason I placed an order with them on 5/1/13. Same crap. No answer phone and e-mails bounced. Just got off phone with visa to have them credit me 114.00 back. Don't know how I missed it on ADV rider. Live and learn. Stick with the people you know and like.

Ditto! Placed an order on April 2. Actually forgot about it for a while. Tried calling them today and phones were disconnected. Called bank claims department today to file a claim.
