Just a quick update for tonight, don't worry there are pics!

We're in Greenville Texas right now, we made almost 400 miles today. It was seriously warm, I was almost wishing for rain. I've been in CA for over 6 years now and I'm not used to the heat anymore. I was ok but Mrs. PamB got pretty overheated as we hit Greenville, we doused her with icewater on the side of the road and then found a hotel with a pool. I got her in a cool shower and poured some gatorade and water down her. We found a place next door that served mexican food and it was absolutely killer. After that she got her nifty little string bikini on and we took a dip in the pool, no pics of that... For you FF's at least!

Just two for today, my wife and I with my grandpa and my uncle at the welcome center in Texas.

Are you going to hit the Texas Hill Country? There is some nice riding there, the most often ridden roads are "the three sisters" (RR335, 336, and 337) although the whole area is nice to ride through.

cool ride, subscribed! make sure the MRS is drinking a ton of water, us Komifornia types tend to forget to hydrate and it will cause all kinds of problems for you.

I'm working on uploading some pics now. We had some issues in Texas, Mrs. PamB got a bit of heat-stroke. She didn't bother to tell me she was on antibiotics and shouldn't be in sunlight. It was touch and go for a bit, I really thought I was going to be sending her home. We stayed 2 days in Amarillo and poured fluids down her and let her get some rest. By Thursday she was ready to ride.

While she was laid up, the rest of us hit the high plains museum. If you're ever in Amarillo it's worth the short ride/drive to Canyon to check it out. I've got some pics and I'll get them put up really soon. We're currently in Sedona, we spent last night at the Twin arrows Indian casino about 20 miles outside Flagstaff after a 600ish mile day.

I'm working on getting the pics up now. Sorry for not getting the updates done, I've just been either riding or taking care of the Mrs.

I'm having issues uploading the photos, so here's a teaser until I can get that sorted.
