Ok New Tag

I have two other tags I want to use but the pics are not good enough.
So we will go with this one.
Located on a small eastern Ks town on a U.S. highway.
I don't know how to make the pic bigger but if you enlarge it you should find a helpful clue

Ajayhawkfan it is an 05 and she really likes it.

I can't find a way to enlarge the picture. However I know where it is.

An 05? Wow looks much newer.

The old Playhouse looks pretty rough again. Back in the 80's there were a few passenger rail cars used as dressing rooms. They did a weekly melodrama / opry show. I remember being around before a performance when I was a kid.
My parents always liked the idea of it, but never attended a show back then. Someone bought it and built the earth contact house sometime after that.
In the mid 90s it was for sale again, so my dad bought it. He spent many hours and late nights cleaning, wiring and refurbing the old barn. He added a kitchen in the rear and re opened it as an opry / dinner theater in 1997 I think. It drew a crowd for a couple of seasons. I was the chief volunteer popcorn popper (and janitor/ dishwasher). I'm pretty sure it never made any money, but my parents really enjoyed it. My mom did the menus and most of the cooking. The bands were from throughout the region, but there was a fairly regular "house band". My parents bought a different house near Branson, sold the barn and house after my brother graduated high school. I hadn't been back in several years until the recent Warden phototag. It brought back some memories for sure.
If anyone knows any other history or such about it, let me know. I'm curious. I know it was at one time affiliated with Pomona Lakes' most newsworthy incident; the Whiporwhil, but that was way before me.

Thanks for the pic enlargement
In case you can't enlarge the pic any more the hints on the plaque say that in the year 2000 this restoration won 1st place from Kansas State Historical Society ,Kansas Museum Assn. and Kansas Pride. It was moved to this location in town from it orignal site. This building dates back to 1856.
John Brown is said to have used this cabin for freed/or otherwise traveling slaves on the underground railroad.
Also claims to be the first settlement/building by a white man in this area of Kansas.
